1. Data controller

2. Data we process

• Data you provide: name, telephone number, message and selected language when you submit the contact form.
• Technical security data: IP address, browser, device, access date and time, requested URL and error logs, where generated by the website infrastructure.
• Aggregated statistics: viewed pages, referral source, approximate country, browser and device type through Vercel Web Analytics. The service does not use cookies and does not provide us with personal identifiers.
• Google Maps receives technical data only after you explicitly choose to load the map on the Contact page.
• Tawk.to receives technical data and chat content only after you explicitly choose to open the chat.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Responding to enquiries and preparing a possible offer or contractual discussion: steps taken at your request before entering a contract.
• Protecting the website, preventing abuse and diagnosing errors: our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and functional service.
• Measuring aggregate page performance: legitimate interest, without advertising profiling or cross-site tracking.
• Retaining information where required by law or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

4. Recipients and transfers

Data may be accessed on a need-to-know basis by authorised staff and providers of hosting and technical analytics (Vercel), contact-request delivery (Telegram), the chat requested by the visitor (Tawk.to), and the map requested by the visitor (Google). Data may be disclosed to authorities where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova. We use their services under the applicable contractual terms and require appropriate safeguards where the law requires them.

5. Retention

• Contact enquiries: no longer than 24 months after the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for a contract, legal obligation or dispute.
• Technical logs: for as long as needed for security and operation, according to the infrastructure provider’s configuration and retention periods.
• Vercel Web Analytics: aggregated data; the temporary technical identifier is renewed and discarded after 24 hours.
• Tawk.to conversations: according to the retention period configured in the company account and while needed to answer the enquiry or meet legal obligations.

6. Your rights

Subject to Law No. 195/2024, you may request:

• access to your data and a copy;
• correction of inaccurate data;
• erasure or restriction of processing;
• objection to processing based on legitimate interests;
• data portability where applicable;
• withdrawal of consent for consent-based processing, without retrospective effect.

7. Requests and complaints

Send requests to carpeni.imobiliare@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity. You may also complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova (CNPDCP).

8. Security, children and updates

We apply proportionate technical and organisational security measures. The website and property offers are intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect children’s data. We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change; the current version date is shown above.
