2. Purpose of the website

The website presents the company, developments, apartments and contact options. By using it, you accept these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the website.

3. Commercial information and availability

Images, renders, plans, areas, fittings, timelines, prices and availability are informational and may be updated. They do not by themselves constitute a binding contractual offer.

Final terms are those confirmed in writing by the company and included in signed contractual documents. Renders may show decoration, furniture or landscaping that is not included in the standard delivery.

4. Enquiries and contracts

Submitting a form, making a call or speaking with the team does not automatically reserve an apartment or form a contract. A reservation or purchase takes effect only under documents signed by the parties and applicable law.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, disruption, excessive automated copying or the introduction of malicious content.
• Provide accurate data when contacting us and do not impersonate another person.

6. Intellectual property

Website text, trade marks, renders, photographs, plans and code are protected by applicable law. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted; reproduction or commercial exploitation requires the rights holder’s written consent.
